E.L. Electrical Contracting has served Southeast Michigan for over 27 years, specializing in organized new commercial construction and renovation projects including schools, churches, fire stations, municipal facilities, and professional office buildings.
We build long-term crews and promote from within.
As our commercial project pipeline continues to grow, we are selectively connecting with experienced Commercial Electrical Foremen who can take ownership of projects in the field and lead strong crews.
Compensation
$36–$45+ per hour
(Based on leadership ability, project management skill, and production)
• Company vehicle (qualified foreman)

• Mostly local projects — home most nights

What We Look For
• Michigan Journeyman Electrician License
• Proven experience running commercial projects
• Strong blueprint reading and layout ability
• Ability to manage crew productivity and scheduling
• Professional communication with GCs, inspectors, and clients
• Leadership mindset and accountability
